Thirsty Thursday: Mango Lassi ( smoothie )

Ingredients: 
1 mango
500 ml of full-fat yogurt
500 ml of ice-cold water
3 ice cubes
2 tablespoons sugar

Ready to drink something: 
Peel the mango and cut into pieces. Put the yogurt in a blender or food processor and add the icy water, ice cubes, sugar and mango increasing. Mix all ingredients until smooth smoothie. Add any additional sugar to taste.

Tip: really nice in combination with a hot and spicy shrimp curry!
