Tasty Tuesday : Chicory Salad with Smoked Salmon



For this Tasty Tuesday, I decided something that's fresh and easy to make with a lot of healthy vitamins. It's fast and so easy to make you will be ready in less than 15 minutes. 

Salade met gerookte zalm en sinaasappeldressing
Ingredients: 

2 Tablespoons of Creme Fraiche
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of White Wine Vinegar
Salt, Pepper
1 shallot , thinly sliced 
4 cups of a romain lettuce
4 ounces of Smoked Salmon
1 Tablespoon of chopped chives
1 Tablespoon of black sesame seeds

Preparation: 

Whisk the creme fraiche, with the olive oil and white wine vinegar in a small bowl. Season it with salt and pepper and set is aside. We will use it later. 

Mix the shallot with the romain lettuce in a large bowl. Add the dressing and season it off one more time with salt and pepper. Than chop the salmon in 1 cm cubs and add it to the lettuce and shallot. Give it a good mix. And to finish it top it off with the chopped chives and black sesame seeds.
